About me

My yoga journey began on my grandmother’s yellow shag-pile carpet in Florida, where she first taught me how to do a headstand. What started as a playful moment of curiosity grew into a lifelong exploration of the body, mind, and breath.

In 2011, I travelled to Goa, India, where I completed my Yoga Alliance-accredited teacher training at the Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre.

Since then, I’ve taught in London, Los Angeles, and online, sharing a range of styles including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Chair Yoga. My classes weave together mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-compassion, inviting students to connect with their own rhythm and needs.

Living with scoliosis (a naturally curvy spine), I’ve come to understand that yoga is a deeply personal practice — there’s no single way it should look or feel. My approach encourages you to find your own expression on the mat, to listen inwardly, and to make intuitive adjustments that support your unique body and energy each day.

My intention is to help you feel confident, safe, and at home in your practice — cultivating a sense of trust, ease, and ownership in your own yoga journey.

I look forward to welcoming you to class and sharing the joy of this practice with you.
