I teach a range of styles to support your practice in different ways:

  • Vinyasa Flow – Creative, dynamic sequences that connect breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

  • Hatha Yoga – A slower, grounding practice that balances effort and ease while deepening your understanding of alignment and breath.

  • Yin Yoga – A calming, meditative practice of stillness that releases tension and invites deep rest in both body and mind.

  • Chair Yoga – Gentle, accessible classes that make yoga available to everyone, offering support and stability through mindful movement.

Wherever you are on your journey, my intention is to guide you toward connection — to your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom within.
